Call or email to check on availability. To
reserve your week(s), send a non-refundable $500 deposit. A
lease agreement will be sent to you and should be returned with
the balance of payment and a refundable $200 security deposit 30
days in advance of your arrival. Once the full payment is received,
the code for the keypad lock will be emailed to you. Your uncashed security
deposit will be returned shortly after your stay. We accept personal checks and PayPal is
available for international renters.
Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am. Cleaning is done once
following each rental and fees are included.
This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. |
